They arrived earlier than scheduled and waited for us, and they were incredibly kind. I had been a bit worried, but using the pickup and drop-off service for this trip was so convenient and pleasant! I had also used a pickup service from the airport to the hotel with another company, and it wasn't bad, but the driver we met for the airport drop-off was even kinder. (This can vary, so please keep that in mind.) We were assigned an Alphard vehicle, and the car was exceptionally clean. It was in such good condition that it still had that new car smell. Before we departed, they informed us of the estimated travel time and drove very smoothly, not aggressively. They also helped us load and unload all our luggage. I was looking for a more comfortable way to travel because of the kids and only just discovered that such a service exists. I'm willing to pay an extra 20,000-30,000 won on top of the Rapit fare to use this convenient service again in the future. I was very satisfied.🥰
