At the meeting point, there were many groups, and I had to ask each one to find mine. I was on the three-island tour, and there were many different tour packages within this group. So, on the way to the second island, it was important to listen carefully for the meeting time for my specific package. If I missed it, I could also ask the staff. On the first island, Murano, we watched glassblowing demonstrations and could also buy glass crafts. The second island was Burano, where we had lunch and took photos with the colorful houses. The third island, Torcello, was very peaceful. There was enough time to explore each island without feeling rushed. The tour guide on the boat was very diligent in explaining things, but unfortunately, the boat's noise was too loud, so it was hard to hear. There were also two different disembarkation points on the return trip, which required special attention.
It's a must book, ferry ride it's self worth it. enjoy 45mnts boat ride to see the unique places. Murano glass has offer, worth to buy & Burano has unique colourful houses and they are big. Many unique Sourvenir
This island tour from Venice was an amazing experience. The boat was extremely comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, which made the entire trip relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was very well organized—they clearly explained timing for each stop, and as long as you follow the schedule, it’s smooth and stress-free. Each island had its own unique charm, full of history, beauty, and character. We especially loved exploring the shops and local restaurants, and seeing the beautiful glasswork the islands are known for. It truly felt like a special extension of Venice itself. If you’re visiting Venice, I highly recommend taking the time to do this tour. It’s absolutely worth it.
The tour guide was very professional. The Venice Gondola cruise experience booked through Klook was very satisfying! The whole booking process was very smooth, the e-ticket was easy to use and the meeting point was easy to find. The tour guide was very professional and his explanations were lively and interesting, which gave us a deeper understanding of the history and culture of Venice. The gondola ride was well timed and very scenic, especially at sunset when Venice's canals and architecture look particularly stunning. The whole experience was very cost-effective and completely worth the money! Klook's customer service is also very considerate. I received a confirmation email very quickly after booking, and also received a reminder before departure, which is very thoughtful.
You should allow extra time to find the meeting pier at the beginning, as the pier area is very extensive. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from St. Mark's Square to the pier. Once the journey starts on the boat, the time management is excellent, allowing ample time to spend on each of the three islands.
Upon arriving at the meeting point, there were no staff or instructions visible. We only found an employee after asking people in the line for the pier ahead. Our first stop on the first island was a glass factory, but the organizers didn't manage the crowds well. Hundreds of people were crammed into a small room, and some spots had no view of the demonstration at all. The exit from the glass factory wasn't the main entrance, making it difficult to find the pier for our return. We also didn't have contact information for a guide or the tour company, which left us feeling helpless when we couldn't find our way back. The scenery on the first and second islands was beautiful and offered many photo opportunities, but the third island wasn't very interesting, and I personally think it could be skipped. During the boat ride, a guide provided commentary in multiple languages. The English portion was very fluent, but due to the large number of passengers, there was no interaction between the guide and the guests, making the commentary feel like a recording. Clear written instructions were provided upon disembarking, informing us of the boarding time.
the meeting point is easy to find, just follow klook’s map and you’ll be fine. the ferry is punctual, so dont be late. watch glass blowing (about 15/20min) right after alight the ferry, then we got 1 hour free time to roam free at murano. sail to burano and we have more than 2 hours here, had our lunch here (restaurant recommended by our guide), then sail to torcello and roam free for an hour. i highly recommended this tour to anyone that is looking for a carefree vacation at the islands
The day trip was of nice experience. Old days glass making process experience at Murano was good. Burano was full of colourful houses. Abandoned Torcello island was good.
Convenient way to explore the most famous islands at Venice. Murano and Burano are worth to visit. The scheduled visiting time is a bit rush, especially for Murano taking account of the glass-blowing demonstration. Torcello is not too attractive and can be skipped if time is not sufficient.
Bought one day before the trip. it’s very good to have private ferry to and flo the islands. Most convenience and comfortable.
