- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. We are not responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed.
- Please understand that we may arrive earlier at the next attraction or end the tour earlier due to facility closures or limited visiting hours.
- Sometimes, the bus may be delayed due to traffic or bad weather. If you need to use other transportation, please allow sufficient time to catch your next ride.
- Please note that this itinerary is for reference only and may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, number of participants, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- When a large taxi or minibus is operating, the sightseeing driver will provide the introduction instead of a tour guide.
- The Otaru Aquarium will be closed from February 24, 2026 to March 7, 2026. During this period, we will only stop at Otaru Shopping Street. Please be aware.
- The snow park does not include insurance. Please be sure to pay attention to safety when playing in the snow park. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance in advance.
- Due to payment method restrictions at each facility, please prepare cash in advance for optional activities at the snow park.
- From January 1, 2026 to January 2, 2026, the Shiroi Koibito Park will be closed for maintenance. We will not visit during this period, and the time spent at other attractions will be extended accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
- Customers who choose the Otaru Aquarium will need to pay an additional aquarium entrance fee: Adult 1800 yen (16 years and older), Child 700 yen (6-15 years old), Toddler 350 yen (3-5 years old).
- Please note that the Shiroi Koibito Park bus parking lot restricts entry after 18:00. If we are unable to arrive on time, we will not visit Shiroi Koibito Park.
