I've taken Rihao Bus many times from Taoyuan back to Hsinchu. No matter which terminal I'm at, it's always easy to find the boarding area. The bus schedules are also quite reasonable. You can also contact Rihao customer service to book a seat in advance to ensure you have a spot, in case it's full.
