Booking Requirements
- Day charges are based on 24 hours. For example, if you pick up the motorbike or scooter in 8:00am on 1 May and return it in 8:00am on 2 May, you will be charged for 1 day of rental
- Vietnamese citizens must present a valid ID and driver's license upon receiving the motorcycle
- Non-Vietnamese passport holders must present their passport upon receiving the motorcycle
- The operator will keep your ID/passport as a deposit, they will return your ID/passport if everything is in order
- In case you damage or lost the motorcycle, Klook, the operator and the customer will discuss to come up with the best agreement
- You can pick up the vehicle and return it at To 1, Cau Me, Phuong Thien, Ha Giang without any additional fees
- Or we will deliver your rented vehicles to your homestay/hotel in central of Ha Giang (delivery time: 07:30 - 21:00). Please provide your hotel's name and address at checkout page

I rented a motorcycle here to go on a motorcycle trip to Ha Giang. You can rent it on site, but I trusted Klook's service and made a reservation and paid in advance here. Additional insurance premiums were collected on site. I think it would be better if it was announced in advance.
Klook's operator missed my order information when sending it to the service provider, causing the voucher to be unusable and it took more than a few hours just to process the order, delaying my entire trip and causing me to feel uncomfortable throughout the trip. Although the carrier provided quality service, Klook's order processing is worthy of 1 star.
This time I was really disappointed when booking a service on Klook. The operator sent the information late to the service provider, causing me to almost not have a car and the voucher was not accepted, causing the trip to be delayed by several hours just to process the order. There was no support information at all. Although the car company provided quality service, Klook's order operation service this time deserves 1 star.
Ordering through here will require a rather long confirmation wait, so people can order directly if they aren't using a card.
