Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Standard Luggage Size: 76cm x 51cm x 32cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• Shared Ride: Each person can bring a maximum of one 26-inch suitcase (infants and children can also bring one piece).
• Private Car Options: A 5-seater car can carry a maximum of 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage; a 9-seater car can carry a maximum of 7 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

Shared Transfer

• The minimum number of passengers for a shared transfer is 4. If the minimum number is not reached by the day before the scheduled departure, you will be notified to change the departure time or cancel the order.
• This is a shared transfer service. To ensure the rights of other passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. No order modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be granted due to lateness.
• This is a shared transfer service, and you will be sharing a vehicle with other passengers. The schedule and stops may be adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day. Actual transfer arrangements are subject to on-site conditions. Please expect a waiting time of 10-15 minutes.
• This service provides shared transfers. The actual vehicle used will be flexibly adjusted depending on the number of passengers and may be a 5-seater, 9-seater, medium-sized bus, or large bus.
• As the shared transfer vehicle will be continuously traveling between Kaohsiung City and Donggang area on the day, delays may occur due to traffic jams or unforeseen circumstances. Dispatch personnel will contact you immediately to notify you of any changes. Please ensure your mobile phone is reachable.
• Due to the many uncertain factors involved in shared transfers, it is recommended to allow 1.5-2 hours for a one-way trip.
• The supplier will arrange and adjust vehicle pick-up times based on passengers’ pick-up locations and traffic conditions on the day. Passenger information will be notified to passengers via SMS or email before 22:00 (Taiwan time) the day before the scheduled pick-up date. If passengers fill in a Taiwan mobile phone number on the payment page, they will be notified by SMS. Foreign mobile phone numbers will be notified by email or instant messaging software. If you have not received your pick-up information, please email service@routortravel.com for assistance from our night-time customer service staff.
• For the following situations, it is recommended to book a private car: 1. If you want to specify the pick-up time and location. 2. If you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with pets.

Private Transfer

• Special Circumstances: Normal operation during the Lunar New Year holidays, an additional fee of TWD 500 will be charged for both 5-seater and 9-seater cars.
• The driver will adhere to the "Pick-up Time" you provide. A 10-minute grace period will be given. Please ensure you enter the correct pick-up time and arrive at the pick-up location on time on the day of departure.
• If the customer is late and the driver or supplier is unable to contact them, it will be regarded as a no-show. The driver will leave after waiting for 10 minutes, and no refund will be provided.
• If the driver or supplier receives notification from the passenger and continues to wait and complete the service, an overtime fee will be charged on-site: calculated from the initially agreed pick-up time, at a rate of TWD 200 per 30 minutes, with any portion of 30 minutes counted as a full 30 minutes.
• The supplier will contact passengers between 20:00-23:00 (Taiwan time) the day before the scheduled pick-up date. If passengers fill in a Taiwan mobile phone number on the booking page, they will be contacted by SMS or phone. Foreign mobile phone numbers will be notified by email or instant messaging software. If you have not received your pick-up information, please contact the supplier immediately: service@routortravel.com

Car Seats

• According to Taiwan law, children aged 0-4 traveling in "passenger cars with 9 seats or less" must use qualified car seats according to their age and size. "Passenger cars with 10 seats or more" are not required to use car seats. If you are traveling with children aged 0-4, please reserve a car seat in advance. The supplier will provide it according to the vehicle arranged on the day.
• Please note that children aged 0-4 must purchase a seat to ride.
