Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or it is large, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type so that you can carry all of your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the vehicle type’s recommended number of passengers and luggage allowance. If the car rental time range is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver, and please pay the driver in cash directly. Precautions

1. Child seats are not mandatory. Please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat occupies 1.5 people’s space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats are subject to an additional fee of 2000 yen/piece/day. More than two safety seats need to be confirmed with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours, and the pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or B&Bs in Aomori city area (remote pick-up and drop-off will give the driver time to travel empty or require additional payment depending on the actual situation). Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange a reasonable departure time to fully enjoy the attractions. For special routes such as going to Hachinohe or Shirakami Mountains, please check the price difference with customer service after placing the order.
3. Empty Car Fee: There may be a price difference for departures or endings in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after you place your order.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in a timely manner).
5. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary arrangement vehicle. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
6. If the actual car usage exceeds the service time or trip distance, an overtime fee/excess kilometer fee will be charged.
7. If the total trip exceeds 200 kilometers, JPY300/kilometer will be charged.
8. For consecutive orders, if you stay in a city outside Aomori City, you need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee: 8000 yen.
9. Additional fees will be charged for overtime rentals caused by traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
