Rumah Spa Experience with Airport Drop Off

Staying at Mulia in Nusa Dua, it was incredibly convenient that they picked us up for check-out and then dropped us off at the airport after our spa treatment. This time, I chose the massage and facial package. The environment was clean, and the massage techniques were excellent. I highly recommend it.

Since I was staying at the Conrad Bali, I arrived in about 10 minutes on foot. Both the front and inside of the shop were very clean and gave a neat impression. All the staff members were very cheerful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The treatment itself was also very thorough and felt wonderful. The 90 minutes flew by. The ginger tea afterward was delicious and refreshing, and I left feeling great. If I ever come to Bali again, I would love to visit this place.

I made an early morning reservation and visited before leaving the country. The floor area is quite large, and it seems not all of it is air-conditioned, as some spots were hot. I received an oil massage and a head spa. The massage was very pleasant; they focused on loosening up my tense areas. The head spa felt more like a shampoo treatment you'd get at a Japanese hair salon. The treatment bed was hard and made my body ache. However, my hair was blow-dried meticulously, so I was able to return home with smooth, silky hair. The best part was the complimentary airport transfer!

Service: The 4-hand massage was an amazing experience, unlike anything I’ve had before. With two people massaging your upper and lower body simultaneously, it’s twice as good as a regular massage. Massage Therapists: The therapists were incredibly hospitable and readily adjusted the pressure to my liking, making it a very comfortable experience. Atmosphere: The space is very quiet and peaceful. After the 4-hand massage, the foot and hair massages were performed in a different room, which was also a relaxing and comfortable environment. Facilities: The shower room was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to wash off the oils—highly recommended before a flight. Plus, the free shuttle service makes getting there a breeze.

From the start, everything was perfect. You pick the massage oil that you want, and then they escorted you into your own private room with bathtub & shower. then the treatment begins, it was so relaxing!

Masseuse: I chose the Harmony Soothing Journey, which includes a 60-minute four-hand massage. The two technicians have good techniques and hit the right spots. The pressure is adjusted according to needs. I needed more pressure, and they provided enough. Also, the two technicians didn't take many breaks and were quite synchronized when massaging together. In addition, there's a 60-minute head spa or foot massage, which was also comfortable. Environment: The environment is comfortable and quiet. Service: If you stay at a nearby hotel, round-trip transportation is included, and they can also provide airport drop-off.

I had gone to another, slightly more expensive spa the day before and was very satisfied with that one, so I didn't think this place would be as good. But I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of service, the attentiveness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the interior were all top-notch, almost too good for the price. You can choose from a variety of aromatherapy oils, and the head spa even includes a hair oil finish, which is fantastic. I absolutely loved it. I'll be back.

Great value, driver was on time for pickup and drop-off; masseuse provided a comfortable massage, comfortable environment, and the place was clean. However, the room was a bit too cold and there was construction noise in the middle of the session.

The technique was amazing, and the staff was friendly, making for a pleasant experience. It seemed like the staff didn't understand much Japanese, but they were very kind and happily accommodated me with a smile, even with my poor English. The head spa was done in a private room on the second floor. I would definitely recommend this spa.
