Mangrove Kayak Tour in Okinawa

It was an amazing experience! The tour guide was very patient and warm — took A LOT of photos of us too! We really had a great time. Suncreen’s a MUST! and lots of water. One of our Okinawa highlights!

gorgeous views and super fun! instructors were very thorough and knowledgeable we were kayaking in no time! they also provide phone protectors and a container for your keys! make sure to bring water and a change of clothes/towel!! sunglasses and hat as well!

The trip took about an hour; you paddle along the mangroves, though the whole thing takes place right in the city—we had expected to go a bit further inland. Still, the trip was very nice; the guide explains a lot along the way and takes photos, which you get for free at the end. This trip isn’t for experienced kayakers, but if you have no experience or just want to go on a nice little kayaking tour, this is the perfect place for you.

Miku was amazing today, we saw and found many wonderful things on our tour. Mud skippers, crabs, turtles, fish. it was a lovely relaxed afternoon, I would highly recommend for people of all ages and those that love nature ❤️

Was very good. Recommend staying in Naha since it’s the central area and close to the shopping streets.

Take bus number 120 from Naha. The instructors are very professional. The entire trip is by kayak and lasts about 1 hour. The scenery is beautiful, but be aware that you will definitely get wet, so bring a change of clothes. This activity is highly recommended.

The tour guide was enthusiastic, introducing the scenery along the way and the mangroves. It's beginner-friendly, and you get a full two hours of paddling, making it a great value. The tour guide also helps take beautiful photos along the way, highly recommended. The kids were also very happy and wanted more.

Great experience kayaking in Okinawa! its ok for solo travellers as well. Although there are some minor communcation barrier. but the guide is friendly and makes active effort to keep you engage throughout and converse woth you! No worries if you are new as its quite easy to grapse after 5 mins

what a fantastic experience. I did this with my 2 grown sons and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide was Japanese speaking which we expected but he was still able to communicate with us. He took some great pictures and video and shared them for no extra cost. I highly recommend this.

The guide was really knowledgable and showed us to the wild flora and fauna. The kayaking experience was also fun and his instructions were easy to understand. He also answered some of our questions about the tour.
