A very meaningful exhibition that allows tourists to easily understand the history and past of the Titanic. At the end, you can scan the QR code on your ticket to find out if the passenger on your ticket was a survivor. The staff is also kind and friendly. If you come to Las Vegas, be sure to check it out!

It was located inside the Luxor Hotel, so it was easy to access, and the exhibits were very satisfying. After entering, we were able to see the actual exhibits while walking around each guest room, and at the end, we found out whether the person whose pass we were given at the entrance was alive or dead, which made us feel like it was something that didn't just happen to us, and was very interesting.

The customer service from the staff was completely unacceptable. I was strictly forbidden from standing in an area for around 10 seconds, where has a vacant bench without anyone around. When I attempted to set my personal bag down momentarily on the chair, I was rudely reprimanded. Second, the collection of artifacts was incredibly sparse e.g. the room doors are fake and cannot be opened. The lighting was si dark making it impossible to take decent photographs. Finally, my primary reason for visiting was to see the Grand Staircase and the ship’s bow. However, visitors are strictly prohibited from taking their own photos. Instead, we must use the on-site photographer and pay a fee of around $45 USD to obtain the pictures. There was no mention of this mandatory extra charge on the ticketing platform or promotional materials. Forcing visitors to pay an exorbitant fee for the main attractions without prior notice is a clear form of false advertising and consumer deception.
