magical vibes especially in the outdoors areas in the gardens, i recommend going or staying until the evening and you'll be able to see the trees shining brightly. it was raining the day i went but i feel like that added to the beauty of the gardens.
I also have mixed feelings to go or not at first after reading some reviews. Glad I went and this was my first time attending place like this so I can't compare to Italy or other European countries glass museum. A beautiful place to visit and just relax, only getting there might be a bit troublesome if coming from other prefectures in Japan. My train delayed so my son missed his slot for sandblasting workshop which he booked through school link.
beautiful set up of glass displayed outside. Chihuly sculpture is one of tge first things you will see upon entry. amazing glass table ware and chandeliers inside.
It’s super convenient to use KLOOK to buy. The place is super beautiful, no matter the works or the outdoor scenery. In addition, the palace-style orange wall has masks placed next to it for taking pictures. I was particularly impressed when my friend saw the child crying when he saw my Xiongxiong from a distance. As a result, we went over and gave him a hug, and he stopped crying and even smiled XD. It was such a heartwarming scene. Later, his father indicated that he would return it to us. Fortunately, he didn't cry when he returned it. Thanks to that kid for loving Xiongxiong XD
There's quite a lot to check out here, so take your time if you like details on glass works. When I was there, they had a perfumery bottle collection which included perfume bottles going back to ancient (BCE times), so they add things from time to time above the general exhibition. Good fun!
Very cool experience that I didn't expect to have in the middle of the mountains of Japan! Beautiful buildings, grounds, and, of course, Venetian glass. Plus, Klook voucher meant I got to skip the ticket line.
My family and I loved our visit. The staff was friendly, and the scenery was beautiful.
Enjoy 10% off tickets when you purchase through Klook. The attraction is great, with a diverse collection of glassware. If you're visiting Hakone, consider driving or taking a bus using the Hakone Free Pass. After your visit, you can also easily stop by the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
It's worth a visit. It's worth a visit. It's worth a visit. It's worth a visit. It's worth a visit. It's worth a visit. It's worth a visit. It's worth a visit.
Although not many people went to the Forest of Glass that day, it was very fast and convenient to enter through QR CODR, and the price was cheaper than buying tickets on site.
