Although it was a little late because we had to take passport photos and photos several times at the store in the beginning, it boasts fast and smooth communication as expected from Vietnam's No. 1 telecommunication company. It's also nice to be able to make phone calls. Viettel doesn't have unlimited internet, but it's okay to search and listen to music. I did the rest at places with free WiFi. The number one telecommunication company in Vietnam is Viettel and number two is Mobiphone. It is convenient to refer to.

You can pick it up as soon as you get out of the airport. The place to pick up the card is convenient. The staff will help you to enter the card. Setup, regardless of Ba Na Mountains, Hoi An Ancient City or Da Nang City, also receive good I

Need to talk slowly in english with VN staff. One time 30days use, limit 5GB/day. No call in/out. Also available inside the Airport, but need to ask carefully for "Viettel Tourist Sim" (sells around 240k VND in one of the stall). I prefer buy thru Klook with this vendor as the availability is confirmed. They will require to take ur passport page photo and self potrait. Process takes few mins if no Q. Overall experience is good.

Easy to locate the counter to collect. Come out of the airport building and turn left. Danang Staff was kind enough to change SIM card and activate it. Need to top up cash because of the Govt rules change but Klook was prompt in informing us before our trip whether we want to top up cash at counter or cancel the booking. Clear connection tru out even in Bana Hills and Hoi An.

One star was deducted cos my name was not in their list And they had to video call Viettel staff to confirm my identify before issuing the sim card as per Vietnam govt regulation Other for that minor inconvenience, the entire process was fuss free

Very good, easy to use, staff was very friendly, what else can I comment? I would recommend it to everyone if they do visit the city, but be aware of the opening time so that you are able to collect it on time.

It’s easy to use, compared to buying it locally, the staff will substitute the card and ensure that the card is available. It’s smooth to receive when you go to Hoi An, Marble Mountains, Son Tra Peninsula, Ba Na Hills, and urban areas. It’s no problem to find directions on Google map every day for a 5-day itinerary. Purchased twice.
