Vehicle information
- 5-Seater Vehicle
- Car model: Toyota RAV4/Corolla Cross/Artis/Camry or similar
- Luggage restrictions: 76 cm x 51 cm x 32 cm (28 inches). Items exceeding this size will be counted as two pieces. Maximum of 2 pieces allowed.
- The actual maximum number of people that a 5-seater car can carry is 4. If the number of people exceeds this, we will not be able to provide car service.
- 9-Seater Vehicle
- Car model: Volkswagen T5/T6
- Luggage allowance: Up to 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage
- The actual maximum number of passengers that a 9-seater vehicle can carry is 9 people. If the number of people exceeds this, the vehicle service will not be available.
Luggage Information
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Please refer to "Passenger and Luggage Capacity Guidelines" to select a suitable vehicle type. If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the reserved amount and cannot be accommodated, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
- If you are using this service with children under the age of 4, please indicate this when placing your order so that we can arrange for a child safety seat. If you do not inform us or indicate that you do not need one when booking, you will be solely responsible for any traffic tickets issued by the police or any passenger damage caused by traffic accidents.
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Child seat:
- TWD 200 per seat
- Infant car seat: NT$300/item
- Please see each plan's details for information on additional service fees, overtime fees, and nighttime surcharges.
- Overtime charges: For 0-30 minutes overtime, a 5-seater car is NT$300, and a 9-seater car is NT$350; for 31-60 minutes, a 5-seater car is NT$600, and a 9-seater car is NT$700.
- Surcharge service hours: A night surcharge of NT$1000 will be added for departures before 08:00 or trips exceeding 22:00.
- According to the product plan, an additional NT$ 300 to NT$ 2000 will be charged depending on the route if the departure or return location, or any itinerary attractions, are not within the Greater Taichung City area.

- A fee will be charged for pick-up/drop-off locations outside of the designated areas.

Product Reminders and Regulations
- Chartered car hours: 08:00-22:00, with the latest departure time at 14:00.
- Specific car colors or models cannot be guaranteed; the actual vehicle dispatched on the day will prevail.
- Some scenic areas in Taiwan may have sudden, temporary traffic controls depending on daily crowds. If traffic control is in effect, passengers will need to transfer to a shuttle bus at their own expense.
- Service personnel will contact you the day before departure. Please ensure that your internet connection is working properly and pay attention to messages on your mobile communication software.
- Please be on time at the designated pick-up location. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the driver has the right to refuse service.
- Please be aware that if traffic congestion or other natural factors cause overtime at various attractions due to traffic restrictions, an overtime fee will be required.
- Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, removing shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting out the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver. If any items in the car are damaged or soiled, compensation will be required at the original price, payable in cash on the spot.
- This chartered car product only provides driver and vehicle services, and does not include a tour guide; tickets, meals, and other personal expenses during the trip are the responsibility of the passengers. The driver does not provide accompaniment or guided tours at attractions.

Driver was on time, car was clean and comfortable. Driver was also able to make recommendations and introduce the sights to us. We hired from 1 to 9pm (8 hrs) and this was the itinerary: 1. Chun Shui Tang Siwei Original Store 2. Painted Animation Lane 3. Rainbow Village 4. Mitsui Outlet Park Taichung Port 5. Gaomei Wetlands 6. Yizhong Night Market Didn't have enough time due to traffic so our driver dropped us back at hotel to put our things and drove us to Yizhong Night Market. We made our way back to hotel by ourselves after. They are flexible! Good way to see Taichung as the attractions are quite spread out. Recommend!
Glad that I booked private driver for our family trip to Sun Moon Lake! Driver was punctual and gave suggestions on our route. The suggested itinerary on Klook was good enough for our first visit to Sun Moon Lake. We took the boat ride from Shuishe to Xuanguang pier, and then to Ita Thao. From there we also took cable car and the driver picked us up from the cable car parking lot and brought us to Wenwu temple. We stayed for quite abit at Wenwu as we wanted to see the sunset. That’s the advantage of having a private driver as you can travel more leisurely.
This was my first trip to Taichung, and I felt completely at ease joining the tour thanks to the communication about how to contact them the day before, information on insurance, and lots of general information about Taiwan. Our guide, Tony, answered many of my daughter's questions, and she was very satisfied. If I visit Taichung again, I would love to have Tony as our guide!
This is our first trip to Taiwan and Calvin our driver was amazing. He reached out to us with picture instructions on how to meet him and his English was very good. We did almost everything on our list except for two places since it was raining. He explained the history of each place and it was a wonderful experience the minute we boarded his car. He recommended places to visit and we enjoyed everything moment. Thank you Calvin for given us a tour of Taichung and making our first experience terrific. Because I wanted to make it easier for seniors traveling with me, I chose to take a group tour this time to Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm. I was very happy to meet Brother Shitou, who is a tour guide, driver and photographer. He took us to tour Taichung for two days. From the moment we got on the bus, we carefully asked everyone if they felt comfortable. We tried our best to explain the history of the tourist spots and recommended things throughout the whole process. We also took care of the needs of the elderly people traveling with us, such as arranging downhill pick-up and drop-off, so that the elderly could visit more comfortably. He also took the initiative to introduce me to many delicacies and attractions in Taichung, which helped me a lot. If you want a tailor-made and comfortable itinerary, you must choose this!
The driver who took me to Shangqingjing Farm was very friendly and kind. He would introduce us to the scenery and landmarks along the way. The weather above our Shangqingjing farm is also very good. Although there is a cool breeze, there is also warm sunshine. Went to Cingjing Farm on Sunday, there were not many people and it was quite quiet. It's just that there is no shaving show to watch.
Our driver Mr. Wei went above and beyond our expectations. He is just amazing and made our experience seemless. This is our first time in Taiwan. He made us feel every welcome. He recommended us a spot for dinner and even helped us reserved the place. We went to the Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm. Both were very beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip!
Driver was very kind and accommodating and helped us plan our itinerary including meal venues. Lunch , Zhongshe flower market , Hou Feng Bike Path, Gaomei wetlands and shared places of interests for next day.
Everything was perfectly organized, and our guide Calvin was wonderful. Highly recommended.
