[UNESCO] Pocheon Highlights Tour: Pink Sand, Y-Bridge & Art Valley

the tour visited 3 different spots, and it was certainly a full day! Pocheon art valley and the Hantangand Geopark were my favourite of the three locations. our guide, Laura, was excellent and made it clear where and when to meet, and for me, even found out where i needed to go in order to collect one of my stamps. if you are doing the Korean heritage stamp tour, you can also collect 3 from this day trip.

Highly recommended! Mr. Han ( tour guide ) was very friendly, informative, and always smiling. he was also very attentive and caring, especially when some participants felt tired or unwell. The places we visited were beautiful, and the weather was pleasant—not too hot. Since most of the tour takes place in a mountainous area, there are some uphill walks, so be sure to bring enough energy and wear comfortable shoes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with Han Tour. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

itinerary: strawberry farm, pocheon art valley, morning calm garden. Mike the guide was friendly and helpful. His English is not as good as his Chinese but still good. He was very thorough in his explanation and attentive to his guests. All the places we visited was beautiful and a very enjoyable experience in all. The strawberries were very sweet and we also bought some strawberries jam and chips to bring home. The art valley was beautiful, but my favourite was the Morning Calm garden. Eventhough the flowers haven’t grown yet, the garden was still very beautiful. I hope I can come there again in summer when the flowers are all in bloom.

Had a really nice day on this tour. Our guide Jason was great and the scenery was beautiful. Did quite a bit of walking, around 10,000 steps, the sites also include a bit uphill walking. But still enjoyable and definitely worth it. Overall, very happy with the tour.

The tour guide - Janggun was very helpful and his English was very good. I appreciate him a lot by helping me get the jacket I forgot on the bus. I enjoyed the tour as it gives you the chance to visit natural landscapes that are impressive. We had a lovely time there!

We had an amazing experience with our guide, Janggun—he was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with Hantangang UNESCO Global Geopark and Pocheon Art Valley as our highlights. Truly unforgettable views and a beautiful day overall. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Joon Chang, was excellent. He explained everything in great detail and was very fit, climbing 100 steps without getting tired. I believe he has a lot of experience; he kept the tour group together perfectly, and we never got lost. We had a wonderful time. (Other guides would just stand around on their phones.) The attractions and activities were a perfect 10; beautiful and worth visiting. Overall, it was a great and well-balanced trip. (It rained frequently, so bring an umbrella.) This trip requires someone who is physically fit, able to climb 100 steps and hike up and down hills without getting tired.

Amazing experience! It's really worth it, very comfortable bus and they give you time to explore without thinking about time. Sally made my experience even better, always present to help. I truly recommend this tour of you want to have a full day enjoying nature and beautiful landscape ❤️

Pocheon is definitely worth visiting, especially the natural scenery at Bidulginang Falls, Hantangang Sky Bridge and Pocheon Art Valley. The landscapes were beautiful and very different from Seoul, so it made a nice day trip. However, I personally would not recommend Herb Island. It felt quite dated and overly commercialised, and there wasn’t much that interested me compared with the other stops. I would have preferred more time at the nature attractions or Art Valley instead. The tour group was also much bigger than I expected — around 40 people — so at times it felt a little rushed moving such a large group around. Overall, I enjoyed discovering Pocheon and the scenery was the highlight, but Herb Island could definitely be skipped or replaced with another Pocheon attraction. the pink mushy place where everyone talks about, is ok. just very man made.

The tour was more than I expected! I loved that there were different locations along rhe way and we had time to explore on our own. Our tour guide Tino was really enthusiastic and informative. He said he’s only been doing this for less than a year, which is quite surprising because I thought he was great. the tour ran on a timely manner and the bus driver was also very nice. I truly enjoyed this tour very much!
