IOI City Farm Ticket in IOI City Mall Putrajaya

Fun and clean indoor farm, great for kids! My children loved the petting zoo and fish touch pools. Staff were friendly. It’s not too big, so about 1–1.5 hours is enough. Worth a visit if you’re at IOI City Mall.

Booking through Klook was definitely worth it. The process was quick and hassle-free — we simply scanned the QR code from the app and entered easily. IOI City Farm has a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere. Although the space is relatively small and the variety of animals is limited, my childrens really enjoyed the experience, especially feeding the rabbits and fish. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more educational plants and crops, such as paddy, coconut, or oil palm. This could help children better understand where some of our everyday foods and products come from — for example, how rice comes from paddy and cooking oil can be produced from oil palm. It would make the experience even more engaging and educational for young visitors. Overall, it is a nice place for families with young children and offers a fun introduction to animals and nature.

Easy to redeem at the counter but the place feels like a bit pricey from all the things that they have inside. But a good one to place this farm inside the IOI because the mall crowds can be too overwhelm.

Good experience with the kids. The kids were happy, and their mom was happy too. The only thing was, the girl at the counter when we were entering wasn't friendly and looked grumpy.

my kids like feeding session for the Guinea pigs and rabbits. a pity that the feeding demos for other animals are not available on Mondays. Better to come on other days beside Mondays. feeding sessions are only at certain timing.
