We had a great experience taking the sleeper bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat (and vice versa). The bus was comfortable and clean, and it was a nice touch that they provided free bottled water and wet wipes. Traveling overnight is definitely recommended—you can rest during the trip and arrive early in the morning, making the most of your day in Da Lat. Overall, it’s a convenient and budget-friendly option for long-distance travel. Would recommend!

Definitely caught me by surprise but that may be because I did not read the reviews nor descriptions enough. First off, it's very accessible and easily bookable via klook. The maps set in klook is reliable but be advised that if you are in central districts like district 1, the closest Futa Bus address is actually a ticketing office where their vans would pick you up to go to main terminal in Ho Chi Minh. This means you should at least leave 1 hr 15 mins prior to your departure time so that you are prepped up by the time you get to the terminal. 15 mins before bus departure, the terminal announces you can now board your bus. Footwear are to be taken off and put inside a plastic bag provided by the bus. There is free 350 ml water and a pack of wet wipe good for 1 use. There is also a free blanket and lights are turned off once bus departs. The bunker beds are surprisingly ergonomic, cozy, and easy to sleep in. I would definitely try this again if ever I'll come looking for a bus ride

Futa Bus is one of the best choice that I’ve ever made. Big space, so smooth. Depart from New Eastern Station, on time and so comfy.

we faced some difficulties locating the new bus terminal as the grab drivers were not very familiar with it but in the end we managed to locate it. the collection of physical tickets and boarding process was very fuss free and smooth. we took the 11:35pm bus and reached dalat at about 5:45-6am with 1 rest stop. they provided us with a bottle of water & wet wipe, each bed also came with its own light source, aircon outlet and blanket. however, there was no english speaking guide on the bus so when the driver made certain announcements, we couldn’t tell what was going on and got a little shocked when the driver pulled open our curtains to indicate that we’re reaching dalat. that said, overall, it was a very cool and interesting experience.

great service and staff very smooth however you must also double check your luggages because mine was put in the other compartment so luckily we had to open all in order to check where is my missing luggage

The driver arrived early and was very skilled, and the counter staff were also quite friendly. The car was very clean, and at 168 cm tall, I found that lying flat with my legs extended was just right.

The bus nice and comfortable. fit me well. But i prefer to take this bus at night because during the day i feel so far to arrive Ho chi Minh from Da Lat. they will provide us the water and wet tissue. just go to the Da Lat bis station and the staff os very good because always alert us when the bus is ready or not. during the trip, we will stop at 3 rest stop.
