Surcharge table
- Note: CNY Surcharge of SGD20 per way is applicable for any transfer pick up from 20 - 26 Jan 2023, please add Festive Surcharge to your booking.
- Midnight Charges: There will be a SGD20 per hour surcharge, paid directly to the driver, for bookings that fall within 23:00-07:00
- Child Seat Charge: As per Singapore Law, anyone below the height of 135cm must be secured when riding a car either with a child seat appropriate for their height and weight or use a booster seat to supplement the seat belt. There will be an extra charge of SGD15 for every child seat required. Please add on the child seat charge at check out
- Overtime Charges: If the driver manages to contact you but it is past the waiting time, you will be charged overtime fees (SGD15 for every 15 minutes), payable directly to the driver

Some minor problems occurred, and the driver left without waiting for me to contact customer service. It turned out that the driver was free to cancel the order, and did not care whether the customer had paid or not, so he drove away without saying a word? Fortunately, Klook customer service helped solve the problem.
The car is very new and comfortable, and highly recommended. However, it was not easy to contact the driver and the service attitude was average. However, chartering a car is still more cost-effective than taking a taxi.
