Had to cancel this booking because we booked alternative transport at the very last minute but still thank you klook for your prompt replies to help us with the refund.
Regarding the confirmation part is a little slow resulting in my clash timing of my HSR. So far the drive was great! Car was spacious and driver reached on time. There isn\u2019t any stops in between therefore we reach our HSR early \uD83D\uDC4D\uD83C\uDFFB
The van is on time , Mr Chan is very nice driver and provide value suggestion for visiting Cingjing. The duration of journey took about 1.5 hours and arrived safely.
Received both email and sms a day before to inform us about the driver\u2019s details (name, phone number and car plate number) and the pick up and drop off location. It was a big 7 seater car, but end up only me and my husband even though it was a shared transfer! The driver even arrived early at our minsu! Impressed by their service! \uD83D\uDC4D
I highly recommend this! It’s a long drive between Taichung and Qingjing Farm and if you want comfort during the whole ride, this is the one. It’s always recommended to hire a private car than take the bus so you’ll have a shorter travel time.
The driver that was in charge of ferrying us from cing jing to tai chung was extremely helpful. At the start, we requested to deviate from the original stop we first requested. He not only did not reject, he did it with a cheerful attitude. And even though it was not his duty, during the journey, he gave us explanations of the scenic views or tour attractions. We tipped him for his wonderful service

Very satisfied with the purchase. Driver picked us up on time and he’s very polite. It was very convenient when we were picked up at our hotel in Taichung and dropped off directly in front our hotel in Cingjing. Will definitely buy again when we come back to Taiwan next time
We were picked up in a clean and new 9 seater passenger van. Although it is a shared transfer, we were the only passengers for our family of 6 so it's as good as private transfer. Driver was friendly and even dropped us off at a taichung famous local specialty food shop and waited for us to complete our purchases before sending us back to our hotel.
Driver was on picked us up timely at our taichung hotel and even thou there was only 2 of us on the bus, the bus trip is still on. We had the entire 9 seater car to ourselves. Fuss free and convenient! Will recommend others to book it too :)
