Went to the clinic at tampines central 830am and saw a queue outside and was puzzled if i should go in and said i have already booked appointment. Which i did but still took me an hour to clear the whole procedure. Btw, please inform the staff earlier if you are going to pay by klook voucher.

Did the PCR test on Tuesday noon after received it the next day after lunch, right in time for our evening flight. Reservation and redemption were seamless. The doctor and clinical assistants at the Tampines Central outlet were super helpful and patient with us too, though I’d like to caveat that the branch was super busy in the morning - also why we had to do our tests only around noon, even though we’ve booked the morning slots.
