- The regular turnaround time for PCR tests is usually between 24-36 hours.
- For express services (within same working day, subject to availability), additional top-up at clinic is required. Express PCR is $288 (1 May onwards).
- As our clinic requires patient’s appointment details beforehand, please make your appointment booking directly through our website. You may indicate KLOOK under “Notes/Remarks” when making appointment booking.

Worst experience. I was allowed a booking date on Good Friday and reserved the slot. Went to clinic, in the end, it was CLOSED! And there is no way i can book another avail slot, ended up paying for express on the next day as my helper is flying off next day. And the amt is 2x more. Best part, none of the customer service in Klook nor clinic can help.

I was not aware that I should be getting a lab report. I thought the pcr results is enough. Clinic did not send me the lap report and I had to contact them after office hours. At least they were contactable.
