A security deposit of SGD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Some apartments allocated to guests are equipped with skylight windows instead of windows on the side. The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. The property offers an Apple TV and Cable TV box connected to the TV. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and violators will be subject to an SGD $1,000 fine.
