This is definitely a worth going Queenstown Historical Heritage trail! There were a few vintage sights which left impressionable experiences. We ended the tour by bashing through Alexandra Woods and found the ‘Noah Ark’! Thanks X Trekkers for this wonderful journey through the Queenstown Heritage !
Would totally recommend it if you’ve never visited an old quaint area of Singapore - Tanglin Halt. Our guide, CK from Trekkers, was patient and lead us through the less trodden paths to the black n white houses. The Rail corridor of a 24km stretch was especially interesting too, although we didn’t walk the whole distance , together with all its history.
CK was really such a great tourguide. We had such a blast walking around. We walked about 17k steps and really not for the faint hearted, but still a manageable walk. Very meaningful too! Saw a side of singapore we would not know about. Bring a cap! Thanks CK, enjoyed it very much
An educational afternoon spent exploring Queenstown, through Wessex Estate and ending at Hort Park, with nuggets of information of both history and nature from the guide, CK. A well spent afternoon.
Turned out to be a private tour as we were the only 2 who joined. It was really interesting treking through the area despite being a Singaporean. The tour guide knew all the secret paths. Highly recommended.
Come with lots of sunscreen and insect repellent! Insightful tour treking around area without foot paths at some parts. Enjoyed it lots.
Very interesting and informative. Went to areas in Singapore I didn’t knew existed! Loved the green spaces we went to. Highly recommend!
the tour guide was professional and passionate about the urban planning history of the neighbourhood. it was a nice walk to appreciate the history before the redevelopment.
Glad to complete the trek on the cool day despite the light and intermittent showers. Like the greens and historical structures.
