Thailand Cultural Cooking Class with Thai market Tour at Crawford Lane

Started with tour at Thai supermarket and explanation of the Thai ingredients. Enjoyed the stories about the 4 faced Buddha in front of the building. As for the actual cooking, clear explanation from the chef and enjoyed the hands on cooking. Below are the end results of the cooking.

Excellent hands on class. The trip to Golden Mile Complex that was part of this was interesting (BYOB, Nets or cash at the supermarket).

Learnt a ton of local fun facts and Alice was extremely engaging as a guide. The cooking class was easy to follow as well. Lets Go tour also sends images and the recipes in a highly personalised way. Definitely recommend this tour. The communication on the min number of pax and meeting time can be improved because they were varying on the confirmation voucher and the page itself.

Started off with an informative walking tour to the Thai supermarket. Learned more about the Lavender district in Spore. Cooking instructions were simple and easy to follow. No pressure at all. Suitable even for pple that do not cook often. The best thing is we end up eating what we cooked for lunch, with leftover for takeaway. Chef Colin is excellent.

It is a worthwhile hands-on experience as I get to learn history of the area, learn cooking tips from Chef Colin and get to eat delicious thai food that I made (3-in-1 trip)! 👍🏼

this was a good experience! although I did it quite some time back, I remember the instructor was very patient in guiding us how to make the salad and Tom yam. he also highlighted tips and ways we could improve cooking! the supermarket trip was also fun.!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience - booked through Discover vouchers and worth every bucks. Did a walking tour to Golden Mile, with interesting facts shared by the guide - after which we went back and prepare our lunch. Highly recommend!

Do support a small business with your Rediscover Singapore voucher! Collin’s professional and we like the earpiece which means he doesn’t have to shout and we don’t have to follow him too closely. The Golden Mile supermarket trip was fun. Tip to other aspiring chefs: mix water, most coconut cream and mung bean floor before cooking it on the stove with super low heat or it will coagulate.

Great experience! My parents are impressed with my cookings. If you doesnt have any experience in cooking, it's fine, cause you would be guided by the chef and there would be partner working with you :)
