Luggage Information

• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• We will primarily use standard vehicles for transportation during the tour. If standard vehicles are insufficient, taxis may be used. Vehicle type cannot be specified.

Additional information

• Please note that some coastal attractions (Fengbin Skywalk, Moon Cave, Stone Gate, Dashi Nose Mountain) will be closed for renovations until 2021/1/9. Please consider this when planning your route.
• All suggested routes can be traveled in either direction. However, we do not accept pick-up and drop-off in the same city. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the desired route is not specified during booking, the route will be arranged according to the recommended package route; for other routes, please indicate them in the reservation notes, and a new quote will be provided to the traveler.
• Passengers can decide their own chartered car route. Car usage is limited to 8 hours.
• To ensure time management and visitor safety, the driver will inform you on the day if some attractions are closed due to weather or other reasons.
• Please pay the additional fee for remote areas to the driver on-site. The fee will be based on the amount specified on the voucher.
• Overtime Fee: 5-seater car TWD400/hour, 7-seater TWD500/hour, 9-seater car: TWD600/hour
• Child seats are available upon request
• Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
