Overall tour package is good and value for money. The view at Rhine fall is superb. Although the city tour is a bit too short, but we still have chance to stop by a few spot for photo taking. I would like to thanks the tour guide - Angelica Lopez and the staff at Sihlquai Terminal for their help to give me solution on the long waiting with big luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I give 5 stars for the service. At the beginning of the tour, I have difficulty to locate the ticket counter at Zurich airport. Called the service center and just realize that there is no ticket counter at airport. We need to wait at the pick up location (Near Reisebus Terminal) and directly board the bus and start the tour. The timing for combo package is a bit too long waiting (3 hours) between Rhine Fall & Zurich city tour. Rhine fall tour end at 12.30pm and Zurich tour only start at 3.30pm. There are some misleading info on the package details. I took the Zurich airport pick up and assume the return will be the same as pick up point (Zurich airport) as stated in the package details. However, this tour only end at Sihlquai Terminal. Due to all the misleading info and arrangements, the staff manage to help me to change my Zurich city tour time from 3.30pm to 1pm, whereby I no need to wait at the terminal for 3 hours with a big luggage. My Zurich city tour end at Sihlquai terminal at 3.30pm and I need to took the train back to Zurich airport at my own cost. Hope Klook can look into those problem and improve accordingly.
The tour was great. The rhine falls is exceptional. Tour guide is informative and very kind to assist us in every questions we have.
the trip was good. although the lift was closed during our trip, so we couldn't enjoy much. also, the 1 hour time at Rhine falls was very less.
