Wheelchairs (limited to push-buttons depending on the vessel used, may be folded and boarded) and strollers (folded and mandatory boarding) are allowed without restrictions for passengers. Electric wheelchairs may not be mounted, depending on size and weight. Folded bicycles in wheel bags can be carried as baggage. Other types of bicycles require a separate loading fee but may not be available depending on the congestion situation on the day.

The Ferry ticket can be redeemed within the day 20 minutes before the reserved departure time within operation hours. Booking will be canceled if you pass the last redemption time of your ticket. However, the operator will only accept amendments to the next available trip on the same day if there are vacant seats
