Reviews summaryvery good experience very relaxing, love the onsen part where you can just soak chill and enjoy the vibes with your partner. massage was ok. service was decent. rather pricy but can indulge once in awhile
Superb experience. Massage was relaxing and targeted the knots. Onsen was clean and the hot water warmed my body fully.
the massage therapists are really pro and good.. had a good hour of relaxation.. at the end of the session, they ask if we want to book another session.. NO hard selling of any packages.. I feel very comfortable with this place and their services.. room is clean.. and cold but not to worry because the bed have heated blankets..
The massage was good and masseur very professional. This was my first time experiencing an onsen so I cannot compare to Japan. But the onsen was well-maintained and clean.
Very comfortable 60-minutes massage and 40-minutes private onsen. Smoothing music makes the experience more relaxing. Rooms are well kept, clean and sanitize. Room look exactly like photo. Just that additional S$21.40 is required if you wish to choose a couple room for massage. Else, all is inclusive.
Love the onsen and massage package. Would come again for the couple package. Onsen is hot. Massage is good. Staff are nice and did not hard sell.
Thoroughly enjoyed my trial massage at the 313 outlet. Therapist asked which areas I wanted to focus on, and advised me to do stretches for my stiff neck and shoulders. This was the first time I had a massage done on a heated bed! Therapist also used a wet towel to wipe off the massage oil. Was also glad to learn that they had an exclusive package for Klook customers and I signed with them (no hard sell).
Onsen was shiok! The duration given for the soaking was just nice! The facilities were also clean and tidy. Remember to take a cold shower after the onsen to cool down your body temperature! If you feel cold during the massage, just ask the staff to switch on the bed warmer (:
The massage was super good, effective in removing all the pent up stress. The onsen was also a wonderful experience for a couple looking for alone time together with a Japanese type of experience. The place was also very clean. No hard selling too!
Overall it has been a good experience for us especially with the ongoing travel restrictions in place. Gotta the feel like going Onsen in Japan. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Place is clean. Massaging is good & relaxing till I dozed off during the session. I found it’s good and useful for the staffs to require us to complete a questionnaire before our message session so as to find out what preferences we would want to have for our massage. Thumb up here!
