Shenzhen Shekou - Zhuhai Ferry Ticket

Eligibility

• Children aged 14+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Infants and young children aged 1-6 (inclusive) can board the ship for free. Please go to the ticketing center on the second floor of Shekou Cruise Home Port to purchase tickets with your real name.

• All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

• All routes implement real-name ticket purchases. To ensure smooth boarding, please be sure to fill in your real name, ID number, and other information when booking. Tickets are valid for the day and specific sailing time; expired tickets cannot be used for boarding and require repurchase.
• Boarding for the ferry line closes 5 minutes before departure. It is recommended to arrive at the port 30 minutes in advance, and please allow sufficient time during holidays.
• According to the "Regulations on the Management of Real-Name System for Waterway Passenger Transport", passengers on ships and at passenger terminals implementing real-name system management must present their original valid ID card and cooperate with staff for inspection. Otherwise, port staff have the right to refuse passengers to board the ship.
• Each passenger can carry free of charge luggage with a total weight of 20 kg (half for children with free tickets) and a total volume of 0.3 cubic meters. Each piece of carry-on luggage must not exceed 20 kg in weight, 0.2 cubic meters in volume, or 1.5 meters in length (2 meters for rod-shaped items). Excess portions will be charged as oversized luggage. Oversized luggage charges: 20 yuan for every 5 kg of excess weight; 20 yuan for every 0.1 cubic meter of excess volume.
• According to the requirements of the "Regulations on the Administration of Domestic Waterway Transportation" (Ministry of Transport Order No. 4, 2020), items that are prohibited from being carried on board but can be checked or conditionally checked in the "List of Items Restricted from Being Carried and Checked in Domestic Waterway Transportation of Passengers" can be checked as baggage or disposed of by the passengers themselves. If conditions permit, they can also be temporarily stored. Those who violate relevant regulations by carrying or checking dangerous goods, contraband, or controlled items, and whose actions constitute a violation of public security administration, will be handed over to the public security organs for handling in accordance with the law.
• Due to limitations of the ticketing system, the voucher content will be displayed in simplified Chinese.

Zhuhai Chimelong Shuttle Bus:

• This free shuttle bus is available only to passengers who have purchased Shenzhen Shekou ⇌ Zhuhai Hengqin ferry tickets and have taken the ferry.
• To take the free shuttle bus to and from Hengqin Pier and Zhuhai Chimelong, you need to contact the staff on the Shekou to Hengqin ferry to get a free shuttle bus ticket (limited to one use), and board the bus with the ticket. The ticket includes a round-trip ticket set (2 tickets in total) from Hengqin Pier to Zhuhai Chimelong and from Zhuhai Chimelong back to Hengqin Pier.
• Shuttle route: Hengqin Pier (departs approximately 10 minutes after the ship arrives) → Penguin Hotel → Hengqin Bay Hotel → Ocean Kingdom; Ocean Kingdom → Penguin Hotel → Hengqin Bay Hotel → Hengqin Pier (15 minutes are reserved for entry and boarding); each stop lasts 1-2 minutes.
• Chimelong Zhuhai drop-off and pick-up points: Hengqin Bay Hotel and Penguin Hotel stations are both bus bays at the hotel group reception area, and the Ocean Kingdom station is at bay number 1 in the bus parking lot.
• Shuttle services will be arranged as much as possible based on actual circumstances, but it is not promised that all passengers can ride at the same time. Shuttle times will be adjusted according to ferry times.
