I was very happy to visit the brewery and enjoy the various Heineken beers. Whether you had a ticket or not, everyone lined up in the same queue first. After entering the main hall, if you didn't have a ticket, you could buy one on the spot. If you had a ticket, you could continue queuing directly. At the same time, you could go to the cloakroom to store your luggage for free. We stored all our winter down jackets, beanies, and backpacks. Afterwards, they began explaining the history, ingredients, and brewing process of the beer. The package already included two beers; the first was after bottling, and the second was at the last station. After finishing the second beer, you could then proceed to the souvenir shop and leave.
Stepping into the Heineken Experience is unlike visiting a traditional, static museum. It's an immersive journey into the brand, brewing process, and city culture. From ingredient introductions and fermentation explanations to interactive brewing simulations, each element is designed to be lighthearted and engaging, allowing visitors to participate and understand the craftsmanship and history behind a glass of beer. What resonates most is that it's not just about the product; it's about a lifestyle that transcends borders – sharing, gathering, and connecting. Stepping outside the museum, a leisurely stroll along the canals reveals sunlight reflecting on the water, softening the city's rhythm. In that moment, you realize the value of a trip isn't just ticking off landmarks, but seeing how a city blends tradition and innovation through a glass of beer. This isn't just a tour; it's a lifestyle experience unique to Amsterdam.
Fun and educational to learn about the history of Heineken which originated from Netherlands and the tour place is the original brewery. Interactive games, free digital pics and even get to customise your beer bottles (with costs!
It was so much fun learning how Heineken started and how they brew their beer! The factory is massive, and the interactive activities inside make the experience even more enjoyable. The beer itself tastes so much better here than in other parts of the world, fresh, smooth, and truly authentic.
It was great to meet another Korean person by chance while traveling alone, and we were able to spend the latter half of the time together. They give you two coins at the beginning, which you can use to buy two beers at the end, but if you're alone, it might feel awkward drinking them by yourself ㅜㅜ I didn't see many Koreans while I was in the Netherlands, so I'm glad I met someone here. There's a surprising amount of content, and the explanations were fun, so you can enjoy it even if you're not good at English. I thought it would be a waste of money, but now I see why everyone recommends it.
best beer experience. you get to know the history of Heineken beer. u can learn to pour yourself the perfect glass of beer. highly recommended. super easy to book with KLOOK with specific timing, just go right in and scan the QR. the token is for the complimentary beer X2 at the bar.
