  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
  • The customer will receive an email with activation instructions after placing the order. The email can take up to 2 hours to receive and customers shall also check their email spam folder if they have not received it yet
  • Should there be any issue with the eSIM, customers can reach out via email at listen@xplori.world
  • Please pay attention to the start date for the eSIM. While some packages can be activated at any time, some have to be activated on the exact day. Please send an email to listen@xplori.world if you need to change the start date

Booking guidelines

  • For same-day booking, please book at least 3 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
  • Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • There is no local phone number and you cannot make standard phone calls, but you can still use messenger services for texting and calling
  • We advise to activate the eSIM when you receive it to make sure all is ready. The data connection will only work in your destination and starting on your selected pickup date
  • eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/ Remove eSIM from your device after successful installation
