Sammy was our guide. He was friendly, helpful and had explained the tourist spots in great detail which helped us to have a better understanding of the rich history in the province. Sammy had also accompanied us the entirety of the trip, including on the rail and the entire Hellfire Pass. We are happy to have him as our guide.

this is a great booking. I know Mr bunsong was just my driver but it was great. he was a great driver that took me to places that I needed to or wanted to. I was able to get to the place on time or earlier than the tour buses. that was a plus. I didn't need to wait for anyone but myself.

We had a great time with friendly tour guide Pan and kind driver Juf (?). Pan reorganized the tour so we would make it in time for our dinner cruise in Bangkok. Pan was highly knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently.

We had a great day! it’s so handy to have the option to customize your own trip and to go at your own pace. Tip is to plan out your itinerary and have Google Translate as the driver just takes instructions from you and is not able to speak English very well.

Kanchanaburi is hidden treasure outside Bangkok. We did arrange customized itinerary using TTD Global car service. We got a driver who made all efforts to ensure we get the best out of this schedule - Dealth Railway Bridge / Station, Train ride on the train, Sai Yok Noi falls, Skywalk at Kanchanaburi, River Kwai bridge and Wat tham Suea ( Don't miss this Tiger cove temple at sunset).

Very happy with the overall service provided. Excellent communication - details with driver name, car plate number and pick up time will be provided 1 day prior departure through email and WhatsApp. If there is any further clarification needed, you may call their local operator number (shown in Klook app), which is very helpful. The driver was right on time for pick-up with no delay, polite, safe driving and good car condition. The driver is also very accommodating to our requests along the journey which is beyond expectation. We were served by Khun Bow from TTD.

Booking was easy and convenient. Driver was friendly too. The cost was not expensive for a 2 days 1 night trip.
