Easy ordering, easy exchange, just the location is far from the city center. Haven't tried the card yet, hopefully there won't be any problems with the email.

the office to collect the simcard is different from the one they remind us thru email, management should check and change and inform us, thankfully not too far between the old and new place i actually left my simcard at home and i was at airport already, such a waste from my side

i would say this is the WORST experience of me to buy simcard through klook. i bought two simcards from this seller for my Japan trip (one for me and another one for my friend). Mine was unable to function on day 2 of my trip till the end of my trip and my friend's simcard was unable to function on the last day of the trip. I did try to watsapp the seller for assistance whenever i went back to hotel and wifi was available. I was happy initially as he did reply instantly for the first day and taught me how to overcome the problem but the simcard still doesnt work. Hence, i contacted the seller again on subsequent days and the seller decided not to reply me anymore and just ignore my message and let me travel around without functioning simcard or data😠 not even apologise, giving any input or respond after that😡 i request for full refund and apologise HEREEEEEEE!!!!!!

The connection was good and fast. I able to use the sim card anywhere in India. To setup the sim is very easy. Just insert the SIM card and on the roaming data. Please ensure that you have arrived at your destination before insert the SIM card.
