Activation procedure

  • The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
  • You must enable Data Roaming to access the internet
  • If internet configuration fails, you can manually set up the APN by following these instructions:
  • For Android: Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Name > Click (+) > Add New APN > Name: internet, APN: internet, Authentication Type: CHAP & PAP
  • For iOS: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network > Cellular Data > APN: internet

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the simcard

  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • Delivery is available within West and East Malaysia and Singapore
  • Delivery will be processed on the same day when the purchase is made before 3:00pm (Malaysian Standard Time). The selected date upon booking must be the date expected the SIM will be activated
  • You will not be able to top-up additional credits for this SIM
