- By Bus (05022): Take Bus Numbers, 54, 124, 145, 147, 147e, 166, 190, 851, 851e and alight along Eu Tong Sen Street, and enter People’s Park Centre. Take escalator down to Basement Level 1 and proceed to uCloudlink Singapore office
- uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays

Connection was good Easy to use Happy to be in hongkong
Useful for big groups with really strong battery life and connection strength in both HK and Macau. Collection location at Chinatown is a little confusing though as the shop is tucked in between many others with no prominent signage. Also note the closing time of the shop as they close really early. Staff running the outlet was pretty rude though.
best thing about this is the long battery life and the flexible return dates. super recommend!

Exceeds my expectation. The pick up is easy and connection is stable all throughout my trip. The device itself is light and easy to use. Battery also lasts more than 12h. On the last day of my trip there was a slight problem and they reply me very quickly as soon as I contacted them. Overall, will repurchase in the future and recommend this to my friends.
This device worked so well. We had connection everywhere we tried to use it. The only place you might lose connection is on the ferry between islands. But, everywhere else there was absolutely no problem. The battery lasts for long but just charge it when you can! Easy to carry pouch, slick device.
