Luggage Services

  • How to use
  • Select your preferred delivery date and make a reservation for your seamless experience.
  • You will receive a Transaction No. via email from Airporter within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please upload your [Luggage] and [Accommodation Confirmation] from the [Upload Photo] button in the reservation confirmation e-mail
  • Write the Transaction No. on your luggage tag and put the tag on all the pieces of luggage you plan to drop off at the reception desk
  • The driver will pick up your luggage and deliver it to your accommodation or airport
  • Drop off and pick up
  • Drop-off time for same day delivery is on or before 9:00am
  • Your items will be ready for pick up at the airport after 4:00pm or at your next hotel/accommodation after 7:00pm of the same day.
  • If you need your items delivered before 4:00pm, please drop off your luggage one day in advance. The driver will collect your items before 9:00am of the previous day, and your luggage will be ready for pick up on the following day
  • For airport pick-ups, failure to collect your items will result in a penalty of JPY1,000 per day for each luggage
  • For sending from a hotel, the luggage drop-off time for same-day delivery is no later than 9:00 am
  • For sending from the airport or Tokyo Station, the luggage drop-off time for same-day delivery is no later than 13:00
  • Luggage guideline
  • Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 180 cm (sum of length, width, and height)
  • Luggage cannot weigh more than 30 kg
  • The value of baggage must not exceed JPY100,000
  • Items accepted for delivery: suitcase (check-in or carry-on size), irregular items such as snowboards, golf bags, etc.
  • Items not accepted for delivery: Wallets (cash and credit cards) identification cards (passports) jewelry (diamonds and pearls), flammable materials (fireworks), poisons (those prohibited by Japanese law), all animals including pets (dogs and cats), insects, reptiles, and fish. In addition, poisonous plants are not allowed as well

Additional information

  • If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
  • Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
  • Please note that Klook is not liable for any damages listed here
  • If the service could not be used due to flight cancellation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please provide proof of flight delay or cancellation. In such cases, you can reschedule or request a full refund. Please note: you will receive the notification email from “Airporter” at the following timing: When the booking is completed, when the driver picks up the luggage, and when the driver drops off the luggage at the destination counter Please kindly see ”How to Use” instruction in the email from Airporter, as the operation differs depending on the hotel you will stay at
