- Delivery schedule: Monday-Friday
- For example, if you wish to have your SIM card delivery by 24 May (Thursday), your booking should be no later than 21 May (Monday)
- For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
- SIM card delivery is for West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore only
Activation procedure
- All SIM cards must be activated 3 months from the date of booking
- Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using your SIM
- Please see the instructions in the manual that comes in with the SIM card package
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, or refunds can be made
- Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the simcard

- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

- All SIM cards have a maximum of 6GB consumable data within 15 days
- 2G phones or below are not supported for this SIM card package
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card

I received my sim card in 5 days and used the data well. It has very fast speed and very convenient to use.Very satisfied with my purchase. The sim card did not cover Turkey, however it covered the rest of europe.

The SIM card was delivered to door and they carrier still give a call when that time there is no one at home. Is very easy to use as you will just need to own the data roaming then it can use straight away.

Highly recommended to use this SIM card if you are heading to Europe for 15 days. Both husband and I used this SIM card to take pictures, update our igstories, our facebook & also can be used for whatsapp calls as well as whatsapp text messages. Unfortunately, it cannot be used for normal direct calls. The best & value for money. Really worth it as compared to Changi Recommends Wifi router rental that can cost up to SGD$100++ for 15 days. 😊👍🏼

Fast and reliable. Easy to setup. I didnt change anything on the setting. Just put on the sim card and its ready to use. Network was smooth while using the sim in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium and France. Recommended!

Very easy to activate and fast delivery for the SIM cards. Though it is a little pricey for the delivery. I had no problems and it was still usable even when in the outskirts. Düsseldorf > Cologne > Cochem > Wuppertal > Essen > Roermond (Netherlands)

Buying a europe sim card was really a breeze when using Klook.. just pick the correct sim choose the validity and volume and you a ready to explore the world.. i really recommend klook but dont buy last minute cos need to give klook at least three clear days (just in case) for the sim to arrive.. gonna buy again in the future...
