  • Your SIM card will be delivered to you 3 day(s) before your departure date
  • Delivery schedule: Monday-Friday
  • For example, if you wish to have your SIM card delivery by 24 May (Thursday), your booking should be no later than 21 May (Monday)
  • For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
  • SIM card delivery is for West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore only

Activation procedure

  • All SIM cards must be activated 3 months from the date of booking
  • Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using your SIM
  • Please see the instructions in the manual that comes in with the SIM card package

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the simcard

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • All SIM cards have a maximum of 6GB consumable data within 15 days
  • 2G phones or below are not supported for this SIM card package
  • If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
