THE FIRST FAN brings that sentiment to life, reimagining the much-loved world of Toy Story through the distinctive creative lens of PEACEMINUSONE. Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Rex, Aliens (Little Green Men), Forky and more take on a new expression across a limited collection of figures, plush, apparel, accessories and merchandise.

1. Entry Pass & Entry

Do I need an Entry Pass to enter the event?

• Yes. This is a ticketed event, and every visitor must have a valid event Access Pass. The event Entry Pass is separate from any concert ticket.

Can I use my ticket for the BIGBANG concert to enter the event?

• No. This is a separate event from the BIGBANG concert. You will not be able to enter this event using the BIGBANG concert ticket to visit the event. You must have a valid event Entry Pass to enter.

How does my event time slot work?

• You'll select your preferred visiting time slot when purchasing your Entry Pass. Please arrive ideally 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow sufficient time for Entry Pass verification. There is no need to queue far in advance.

Can I leave and come back later?

• No. Each Entry Pass is valid for one person and one entry only. Re-entry is not available.

What is the late arrival grace period?

• A 15-minute grace period is granted. Visitors arriving within this window may enter, but their session still ends at the original slot conclusion.

2. Products & Availability

What products can I buy at the event?

• A range of collectibles, lifestyle items, and collectible art toys are available for purchase.

Are there event-exclusive or limited-edition products?

• Yes. There will be event-exclusive and Singapore-exclusive collections, including selected numbered editions. Do note that there are Singapore-exclusive products that are only available for purchase at the event.

Is there a purchase limit?

• Yes. A maximum of 3 pieces per product may be purchased by each customer.

What happens if an item sells out?

• Product availability and restocks may vary by item. If a selected product sells out while you are queuing, you may be offered the option to purchase other available products instead. Note that products may be sold out temporarily and will be re-listed with replenished stock upon arrival at the Singapore event.

3. Buying at the Event

How do I purchase products at the event?

• Scan the QR code at the venue.
• Browse the catalog and select your items. You don’t need to remove products from the shelves to take them to the counter.
• Show your cart to our retail team.
• Pay at the cashier.
• Collect your purchase.

Remember: adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is only confirmed after successful payment.

• No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the product. Stock is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
• What payment methods are accepted?
• We accept supported online payments and card transactions. Cash is not accepted. All payments are charged in SGD.
• Can I use an overseas card?
• Yes, as long as your card is enabled for international transactions.

4. Queues & Event Experience

When should I arrive?

• Please arrive ideally 10-15 minutes before your allocated time slot. There is no need to queue far in advance.

Is there a separate queue for preorder collection?

• Yes. There will be a dedicated Collection queue for customers who are only collecting a preorder. You do not need to go into the event for preorder collection.

Can someone queue on my behalf?

• Yes, but anyone queueing on your behalf must have their own valid event Entry Pass.

Can I leave the queue and come back?

• No. Once you've joined the queue, please remain in the queue.

Can I take photos and videos at the event?

• Yes. Personal photos and videos are encouraged. Please be considerate of other visitors and avoid blocking walkways, queues, or disrupting their experience.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Product Issues

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

• No. Returns and exchanges are not available. Each customer is encouraged to inspect and check their purchases before leaving the event.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

• Please speak to our event staff before leaving the venue so they can assist you.

What if I discover a problem after leaving the venue?

• Customers are strongly advised to inspect their items before leaving the venue. Please email support@mightyexperiences.com if you require assistance with a product issue after your visit.

What should I keep as proof of purchase?

• Please keep your payment statement or invoice. You may also be asked to provide photos and details of the product issue.

1. Which products are eligible for delivery?

• Delivery is available only for selected products that are out of stock at the time of purchase. Eligibility will be confirmed at the point of purchase.

2. Is delivery free?

• Yes. Delivery to addresses within Singapore is complimentary for the first delivery attempt.
• If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges. Any applicable redelivery fees must be paid before a subsequent delivery can be arranged.

3. Do you offer international delivery?

• No. Delivery under this arrangement is available only to addresses within Singapore. International delivery is not available.

4. What delivery address should I provide?

• Please provide a complete and accurate Singapore delivery address and the required contact details when placing your order.
• Please check your information carefully before completing your purchase to help ensure successful delivery.

5. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
