Mauritius Casela Wildlife Experience 1 Day Tour

the experience was epic, and the staff at St Casela were all very professional. I didn't appreciate the pickup driver to the activity. he dropped us off instead of explaining or being with us throughout the day. When we were done, to our surprise 😲 a different driver had to take us back, and I left something in his car, and we lost them. To me, that is not professional; rather, be upfront to your clients to manage expectations also for their safety.

The pick-up service was good and on-site purchase, but when I paid in Klook, the discount was included in the coupon discount. The staff on the quad bike are very nice.

It was so good, but I was very upset because of the trouble with the guide (in Kazela Park) that I went through in four wheels. The knight was so good and the schedule was so good. When I asked you to call your manager because of your kindness and timeliness and your work with the guide, she spoke in local languages instead. The staff at Kazela Park were very unhappy, but I felt a little uncomfortable because Klook contacted me and apologized.

I do not know what the local price is, but the pick-up service is good too. But the fact that the quarter bike is too long is that the quarter bike is not free.

Your guide was great, informative funny and making sure everyone had great time. The cats were all well taken care of and the workers had great relationship with the cats.

A perfect location to visit especially with children. The kids in our group enjoyed a lot here. It was a mind blowing experience for us to glide on the adventure ride and the interaction with big cats.

Being a nature lover and seeing animals not within our reach back home, this place has it all. The highlight of the day was walking with Lions! Not looking through a fence, not 10 minute interaction with a photo, not a 10 wk old cub....... actually in the jungle walking with real lions, loose and free to do what they wanted...wow!!! what an experience to see these creatures in such close proximity, to touch them, to be with them whilst fearing for your life, unbelievable. Now of course there were staff there (trainers) that were extremely knowledgeable and told us exactly what we should, could, and shouldn't do and this was really reassuring. An absolute experience that is up there with the most impressive and memorable, loads and fotos and videos that our friends and family are in awe at------ this is a must!!!
