• The recipient’s name must be the same as the person checking in
• The delivery location is limited to Taiwan. We do not provide delivery services to other regions.
• The date you selected when booking is the estimated arrival date (excluding Sundays)
• The product category is food. If it is not due to loss of temperature during transportation and deterioration, no refund will be given.
• If the product is incorrect or lost or damaged during delivery, please send an email to icarry. For more details, please contact customer service. Customer service will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for you.
