- The guide service time is limited to 10 hours. If the service time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 40,000 Korean Won will be charged per hour.
- Service time is calculated from the hotel departure time to the hotel return time. If overtime is less than 1 hour, it will be charged as 1 hour.
- Delays caused by irresistible factors such as traffic congestion, severe weather, or road closures are not within the driver's responsibility.
- The estimated time spent at attractions is for reference only. The driver-guide will adjust the duration of stay at each attraction as appropriate, based on the day's traffic conditions, attraction circumstances, and overall itinerary. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
- The tour guide will make appropriate adjustments to the dining arrangements based on the day's itinerary progress, traffic conditions, and actual on-site circumstances.
- All times and sequences in the itinerary are for reference only and may be adjusted based on actual traffic conditions on the day.

Cancellation policy

- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
