• If it is impossible to go to Udo due to force majeure factors such as weather, the itinerary will be changed to Jeju London Bagel Museum and Cafe Layered Jeju (dog cafe).
• The pick-up vehicle (last 4 digits of the license plate) and tour guide information for the day of the trip will be sent to you via WeChat, LINE, WhatsApp, etc., the day before the trip. Please keep an eye out for the relevant information.
• For tourists using LINE, due to cross-border reasons, friends cannot be added via LINE ID. We will send the LINE QR code via email. Please add us as a friend so that you can receive vehicle and tour guide information.
• If you have not added us as a friend via WeChat, LINE, or WhatsApp, we will send the vehicle and tour guide information in the Klook app. Please check and keep an eye out for it.
• In special circumstances (traffic jams, weather, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the sightseeing order without reducing the number of attractions.
• Other tourist attractions in the itinerary are for sightseeing only and do not provide pick-up or boarding services.
• The vehicle model will be arranged according to the number of registrants.

Cancellation policy

• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 0 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
