Before you head to Olive Young and go gaga buying beauty products i advised to have a skin analysis . location is easy to find . Approachable staff and not pushy in selling product.U took My daughter and my niece and it was very helpful with their acne issues . I highly recommend

my pharmacist was very helpful in building my skin routine. i had some problems with my skin and she was very informative about how to treat my skin as well as what products to use. although the skin care was pricey, it’s worth the investment for healthier skin!

I got my skin analysis done there yesterday and it was truly an amazing experience. Going here is better than going to an olive Young because they use a machine to scan your face and they go into detail about Your skin type and other characteristics about it. For example before doing the skin analysis, I thought I had dry skin turns out I had combination skin. and after the skin analysis, the pharmacist recommended some products for me which I bought.

Bitna and her team were exceptional! They took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and guide me on my journey to healthier skin and overall wellness. Their knowledge, care, and personalized approach made me feel confident every step of the way. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, both locally and internationally! Highly recommend!

The gen Z guy who did our counseling was the best. He was a lot of fun, we laughed a lot and had a nice chat. Very proficient in english, to a local degree. We learned a lot of information and gave us reccomendations of ingredients to look out for to use. Though, he also was very honest, made sure that we don't waste our money on things that are unnecessary for our needs. He never pushed the pharmacy's products, only using them to show the ingredients to look out for, until we asked him what we should get. Even then, he only reccomended a few specialized things that were well worth the money, we told him we were college students so he got us one within our budget! It was very refreshing to have someone not trying to sell you things you wont probably need. Brutally honest in the best way possible and very funny. Told us to not bother with pdrn unless you care about wrinkles, and to use them as a preventative if you do care. He distinguished the difference between cosmetic products too

It's worth getting this analysis done. My only complaint is that I had read they would give you a discount voucher to shop at Olive Young, but that wasn't the case. You buy everything at that pharmacy, and the products they offer are very good, but not cheap.

I really enjoyed the whole experience today. The staff were super friendly and I got a very detailed skin analysis. the pharmacist Bitna was very knowledgeable and walked me through the details about my skin and gave recommendations about the products I can use.

I enjoyed my skincare analysis here. They performed the analysis and give you recommendations on products. I actually prefer this store much more than Olive Young because they provide you a personalized experience.

Analysis went great. Learned about my skin and what type of products I need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Products are a little expensive, but it's normal for pharmacy, and you don't have to buy.
