[Busan - Asiad Main Stadium] Concert Shuttle with Luggage Care (One-Way/Round-Trip)

Our tour guide, Sol, spoke multiple languages and communicated with each guest individually through conversations and text messages, ensuring smooth operations even in crowded conditions. We are very grateful for their wonderful personality and hospitality.

Wei was my tour guide June 12, 2026 from BUSAN to ASIAD stadium for the BTS concert. After the very difficult task to leave a BTS sold out concert stadium, Wei was there waiting for ALL of us. She did not leave a single person behind. She made sure she was in direct communication with everyone while we were lost in the big crowd. Others may leave a whole different review for the other buses that night… But I think all my companions are grateful for her and our bus driver. We all went home to out hotel safe and intact.

This was pretty convenient for me although it was not very easy to speak to the operator as they were not responsive to the chat

One of the worst organziations I've ever seen. First, the departure time from the concert was too early and I asked what would happen if I wasn't able to leave the stadium on time and they said the departure time was set. But if the concert runs late (which it did) I would miss the bus that was there SPECIFICALLY for the concert? Please make it make sense. My seating section was the last one allowed to leave the stadium and I saw messages on the group chat of people asking to wait for us because we couldn't leave our seats. When I finally made it outside I ran to the meeting point thinking I would be left behind, only to find out they actually have a lot of buses available for the large amount of people that bought the service, and I ended up having to wait in line for a while. So what was the point of scaring me about me about the SET DEPARTURE TIME? Also, they parked the buses at least 15-20 min walk from the meeting point. It was a big mess and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I already left a more detailed review for the first day I used this service (which was awful). The second day I gave up and took the subway because once I got to the meeting point it looked kinda organized but it wasn't. They technically put everyone in lines depending on the destination but even they didn't know which line was each. To the point that they called out our destination again and people that arrived later from other lines started mixing with people that arrived earlier and they just didn't control the situation at all. We waited for a very long time and it just got worse and worse until we decided that was not worth it. I thought this shuttle would be a good idea to make it easier to go back to Haeundae but I was so wrong. I DO NOT recommend this company for this type of shuttle to anyone, ever. If they have other services I don't know but for this specifically just stay away. The only positive point was the bus from the first day was comfortable, other than that nope.

All the guides were very helpful, making our journey from the stadium to the station smooth and easy. We truly appreciate their support in ensuring our travel was hassle-free.

the staffs are really kind and approachable, they try to double-check everybody names to make sure we are complete. it was really convenient. thank you

JAKE left us in the chatgroup and did joy give us the right meet up spot. We ended up helping each other, thanks to the people who saw tour guides (NOT JAKE) and realized we were given a whole different instruction. The girls who organized the bus and queue later on at the actual meet up did their very best to bring everyone safe and sound at haeundae exit 5. thanks to them we were transported safely back to our drop off point…

It was bad. The concert organizers already failed in taking care of the crowd control and I understand if the bus cant come near the stadium, but the bus company (TOURSTORY) staff also didnt seem to know where the bus was parked. so all of us had to form a long line and walk for 90 minutes around the area, looking for the blue flag and red blinker which was being held by the staff, who didnt seem to know where the bus was parked. Some of us already took an uber which was faster. We werent offered a refund either.

Not a good experience, very poor in managing the guest. They didn't even checked the names of the participants. Very disorganized & tiresome!
