What to expect
After arriving at Shanghai Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport, you can enjoy professional airport pick-up service. A variety of business vehicles and sedans are available to ensure a comfortable and smooth journey from the airport to your hotel. Vehicles can accommodate up to 15 people and include 2 hours of free waiting time, all to provide you with the most comfortable travel experience!
When will the supplier contact me about the itinerary?
Driver information and license plate number will be provided before 20:00 one day before departure. Please check your email or communication app (WeChat).
How do I find my driver?
For pick-up, the supplier will dispatch staff in uniform to wait at the arrival hall exit with a Klook sign bearing your name. After meeting, the staff will guide you to the vehicle. For drop-off, the driver will wait in the hotel lobby with a Klook sign bearing your name.
What are the included pick-up or drop-off locations?
If you choose the Pudong Airport - Shanghai city itinerary, the pick-up range is within the S20-S206-S322-G1503 expressway (covering Putuo, Xuhui, Yangpu, Pudong, Changning, Jing'an, Hongkou, and limited areas of Jiading).
Is it possible to modify the order after placing it?
Yes, only changes to date, pick-up time, address, flight number, and number of passengers (depending on the selected vehicle type) are allowed.
What is included in the fee, and are there any additional costs?
This activity fee covers night pick-up. For more details, please select the route and check the "What's Included" section.
Airport Butler Service Process (VIP Fast Track)
- Pick-up process: Staff greet guests with a sign at the skybridge entrance, accompany them through immigration and security, assist with luggage retrieval and handling, guide them to the terminal exit to board the car, and hand over to the driver to ensure guests are delivered to the hotel.
- Drop-off process: Concierge car picks up guests at the hotel entrance, staff wait for guests at the terminal departure level, staff accompany and assist guests with check-in and luggage check-in procedures, accompany them through security and immigration, and escort them to the boarding gate or VIP lounge (if applicable).

The assign driver will wait for you at the exit from the custom, after collecting your luggage bag. He drive safety and we reached hotel in good time. it's easier to communicate in WeChat. The vehicle is clean and comfortable.
Make your life easy! They emailed me the driver's contact details before our flight, and the driver stand right infront of the exit from immigration holding a paper with my name on it. He parked not too far from the exit. We got Tesla as our car on the way to the hotel. Driver is also helpful, he carried our luggages in and out of the car. Very recommended!
The driver came to the hotel to wait for us half an hour early. We were already waiting in the lobby so we set off smoothly and early. The car is a six-seater Mercedes, very comfortable and provides bottled water. We live on the Bund but had no idea that there would be a 35th anniversary light show on the Bund. The driver was very nice and kept showing us highlights of the light show in the car. The dragons, phoenixes and other characters formed by thousands of drones were very shocking. Pudong has made such progress in just 35 years, which I really admire. Thank you to the enthusiastic driver for giving us this great ride experience. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Thanks to the driver who waited for me on time both at the airport and at the hotel, my trip to Shanghai was comfortable.
