The tour guide spoke only German. Need to scan the QR Code to select the language. it’s rather troublesome for seniors and is inconvenient to take photos at the same time.
There are not many ports with a long history that are captivating by their lights at night. Expand your future to the wide ocean of the world through Hamburg.
Great tour around the harbour. Great view and weather, would recommend.
It's not very good, but it's worth trying once. There are so many people, so you have to go early so you can get a good seat. And it's cold, so be sure to bring a jacket
The night was too dark to watch, the radio guide was in German, and the product introduction said that there was an English manual attached, but I didn't get it. Most of the Port of Hamburg is containerized, which is slightly inferior to other European port cities. It is recommended to save money on boats to see other attractions.
We have arrived at 19:45 assuming that 20:00 ride will be available. And then we suddenly realized that 19:00 was the only really available time slot, despite we had various time slots in the voucher.
It never happened as there was no company name available and there was no boat. A fraud is what I would call it.

Be careful, the ticket is for big ferry, which mostly can go to container dock side, not the famous one as speicherstadt(2nd pic u can see). Should not trust the pics uploaded by klook... Overall better just walk-in and buy ticket as you can choose whether riding bigferry or small one that can reach to canal. But the ferry inside has bar that can order drinks like beer / wine.

Boats won't be able to cruise through the narrow waterways during high or low water levels.
