Phnom Penh Heritage Half-Day Small Group Tour

I was the only tourist joining the tour in early September, probably it was the low season. I highly recommend you to join this tour! They provided introduction videos on the car and led me to see all 22 cool spots with clear guidance. Joining this tour helped me deeply understand the modern history of Phnom Penh and have a deep understanding of the diverse background of the country!

If you have free time in the morning, consider this tour. You’ll be driver around to about 22 different sites and there’s also a video explanation for each area. The tour guide gives a short explanation about each area and some fun facts about other buildings that aren’t in the original 22 sites. For some sites, you can do a short tour inside as the guide explains the history behind the area. We went inside Raffles Le Royal and got to see the Elephant Bar from the outside (it was closed as we went there too early). Overall a great way to spend the morning learning about Phnom Penh’s (and Cambodia in general) history.

A good morning city tour with Rija bringing us to over 20 sites. He was a good guide and shared much information while driving us around.

We learned an incredible amount about Khmer history, culture, and people, all expertly guided by Rija's detailed and engaging commentary. He didn't just recite facts; he added depth and meaning to every site.

Rija is a very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide. This tour is compact while very informative in knowing the city within 3 hours. Apart from videos, Rija also took us to visit some unique places with detailed explanations such as the very nice Royal Hotel. All in all, this tour is a must especially for those first time visitors.

Highly recommended day tour! The guide, Rija was very good and patient in explaining the places to us. Cosy small group, no rush at all, had time to even buy a nice matcha latte in one of the stops. Love it!

The tour guide was very professional and friendly, spoke a little Chinese, and each attraction had corresponding video explanations (in multiple languages). You could watch the videos during the travel time between attractions. I highly recommend this tour to all visitors coming to Phnom Penh!

Really a great tour to visit a lot of heritage places in Phnom Penh. And we spent just the right amount of time in the morning for this. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has time in the morning before having your lunch.
