- The tour will continue in the rain if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted
- If, on the morning of the tour, you decide not to proceed due to weather concerns while the tour is still operating, you will not be eligible for a refund
- The tour program is subject to change due to weather and sea conditions. In case if the trip can't operate, the operator will contact you as fast as possible and you can change the travel date or cancel with a full refund
- Pickup from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach located near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, please come to a nearby hotel. The exact pick-up time will be informed by email after you have made the booking.
- If you stay at Railay Beach, please come to the meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15 minute longtail boat ride from Railay East.
- If you stay at Tonsai Beach, please come to the meeting point at THE COFFEE CLUB - Ao Nang.
- If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
- If you stay at Islanda Hideaway Resort, we offer a pickup service from 7-Eleven near Thara Park Pier in Krabi Town.

How to use
Pick-up information
- Hotel pickup is available in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang, and Tubkaek Beach (main road areas only). If your accommodation is located on a hill, please make your way to the nearest hotel on the main road for pickup. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed via email after booking
