- Depending on museum capacity, a stagger entry may be in place which could result in a slight wait at the door
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

- By bus: Take Bus 75 to Sherbourne St at Front St East stop, and walk for approximately 2 minutes
- By metro: Take the 1 Yonge-University line or the 2 Bloor-Danforth line and transfer to the 504 King streetcar at Queen station. Get off at the Parliament St at Front St East stop, and walk for approximately 10 minutes
- By tram: Take Tram 504 to King St East at Jarvis St East Side stop, and walk for approximately 3 minutes
- For guests arriving by car, street parking is available right in front of the museum. In case the street parking is full, guests can use the Go Park garage located at Front and Frederick Street
