- In the morning, step inside Ip Man's ancestral home and trace the origins of Wing Chun — from street combat in Foshan's lanes to a global martial art practiced by millions. Then take to the floor for a full hour with one of Ip Man's direct disciples, learning the foundational "Siu Nim Tau" form and the practical philosophy that makes Wing Chun one of the world's most efficient martial arts.
- After a traditional Cantonese lunch, the afternoon takes you to the home base of a traditional Foshan lion troupe — a working performance space where lion dance is still practiced and performed as it has been for generations.
