- Lunch is not included in this tour. We recommend bringing your own lunch or dining at a restaurant recommended by the tour guide. The souvenirs introduced during the tour, Korean seaweed, can be purchased after the tour ends (optional).
- If the trip is cancelled due to personal factors of the passengers, the fee will not be refunded.
- Due to bad weather, such as blizzards, the final decision will be made on the same day. If the trip cancelled due to weather problems, you will be refunded in full.

- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
